Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

• Your order is cancelled before it has been dispatched.

• The product is unavailable after your payment has been successfully processed.

• You receive a damaged or defective product and a replacement is not available.

• You receive the wrong product and a replacement cannot be arranged.

Non-Refundable Situations

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund if a replacement is not possible.

• Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

• The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Order Cancellation Refund
